It is important to us that you love your Dallas Daws piece. Each is made-to-order to ensure the finest quality. At this time, returns can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- To send in a return or exchange, email email@example.com with your order number as the subject. State the reason for the return or exchange, and we will send a pre-paid domestic shipping label for your return. International return shipping labels are not pre-paid at this time, except for purchases made through The Garment's Wild Card Popup, February 4-8, 2019.

- All items must be returned unworn and unwashed. Please include the original tags with each item. If an item is sent back and is damaged in any way, we reserve the right not to issue store credit.
- Since some of our clothing is made in small quantities, we may not be able to remake your piece. If the item does not fit, we can make an exchange in a different size if fabric is still available. In the case that merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be issued store credit for the purchase price.
- Items you wish to return for store credit will be issued in the form of a digital code for the full value of your purchase price, and will never expire.
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days of your order's delivery. We will issue you store credit prior to the return being received, allowing you to place another order sooner.
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or size, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as the subject. Give us your replacement order, and your replacement will be produced within the regular 2-week lead time.
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different piece, please contact email@example.com with your order number as the subject. We will issue store credit in the form of a digital code, and you can place a new order. Your replacement will be produced within the regular 2-week lead time.
